The environment was very pleasant. I didn’t feel nervous like I usually do at any doctors and there were plenty of snacks. It smelled nice and that also added to the ambience.

I just finished a psoriasis study at FXM and I had a great experience. The cream really helped to the point some of my patches are completely gone, only the marks are left. Also, the staff at FXM is amazing, all the girls are super nice and understanding. Definitely recommend.

All the people who work here are very kind. In the study, they were attentive to everything, making sure there were no reactions. I even had a different kind of allergy, and the doctor still took the time to give me recommendations. I highly recommend this research facility; the place is also very calm and peaceful.

As a patient, I had exceptional customer service experience at FXM Clinical Research. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease. The clinic itself is clean, modern and very well-kept.

The providers are kind, attentive and highly knowledgeable. I felt at peace and comfortable during the entire appointment. My comfort and safety was prioritized, and my provider took their time to explain the process, my medication and give feedback on my health history to me, including answering questions multiple times until I understood completely.
