I was happily surprised by how delicious the food was!! I got the vegetarian ramen which can sometimes be very light and bland, but this one was packed with flavor and richness. Tofu was fried so well. Only thing that I was bummed about was the egg not being a soy egg, it was just a poached egg... Still very tasty. Highly recommend!

On a dreary, rainy Sunday night, the thought of a steaming bowl of ramen to lift my spirits arose, so I decided to check out Furious Spoon in Logan Square. I went with the Malibao's Most wanted and Little Piggy went to Bao Town for an appetizer, which were good but lacked meat especially the Shrimp in the Malibao. The meat were overtaken by the bao buns, but the flavors were tasty. For my main course I chose the Tokyo Shoyu Ramen. The cold air outside slowly poured in as every food delivery driver entered, and as the steady drizzle continued I took my first sip, the rich, soy tonkatsu packed broth instantly warming me from the inside out, it felt like a warm hug in a bowl, just what I wanted for such a day.

The noodles, perfectly chewy and tender, soaked up the savory broth, and each bite was like a little moment of solace. The boiled egg, with its silky yolk, added a velvety richness, while the toppings of sliced chashu pork and fresh vegetables brought a satisfying balance of flavors and textures especially the mushrooms! The whole experience was a sensory escape from the gloomy weather, offering comfort with every bite. Made even more delightful by our server/bartender Ben, who was always around, and pleasent despite being slammed from orders, and understaffed.

Finally for dessert I tried the Choco Bao Wao, served fried, Nutella filled, with powdered sugar. Absolutely delectable, and just the comforting desert to complete the meal.

Overall a very solid experience, especially for such a cold, dreary day in March.

This is a review of their takeout. It was exceptionally bad, exceedingly terrible. Not one part of the order was good, and we ordered 3 things. They packed the noodles in with the broth so when I got home the noodles had absorbed all of it and were mushy with hardly any broth left. They separated the dumplings and pork but not the noodles for some reason. The fried chicken was soggy and tasteless. The beef bowl is just atrocious. It is dry, little cubes of meat and looks like something from Chipotle or a microwave dinner instead of a Japanese rice bowl. I've had their ramen in restaurant before and it's not amazing but it's fine, but after this i will not be back.

I ordered th Holy Cow. I like spicy food so I was fairly happy it boasted to be spicy. It could have been a little more spicy for my taste, but it was very flavorful. Excellent service!

I ate a lot of ramen here on an all you can eat ramen day.

Everything was pretty decent. If I am being honest, it was not the best ramen I ever had, but at the same time, pretty good for an all you can eat deal.

I like the way the restaraunt is set up. Relaxed seating, with bar stools against the window to allow you to eat ramen with a view.

For me, I really enjoyed eating ramen while observing the young, hip environment of Logan Square.

I don’t remember the name of this Ramen Bowl but I added corn and fried tofu. It was really delicious. It was one of the vegetarian bowls. If you bring your appetite they also have an ā€œall you can eatā€ ramen bowl for 25$ The bowls are pretty big. I can’t imagine anyone eating more than one and taking most of the second one home as leftovers. The next time I go I’m going to get the ā€œall you can eatā€.

Food is nicely presented. Service was fast and friendly. I ended up sending the ā€œMother Cluckerā€ bowl back, though, as I don’t like dark chicken meat. The menu says it’s breast, but it didn’t taste like it and I didn’t care for the fatty broth. Our server was extremely gracious and took it back, and I ordered a vegetarian bowl instead. It didn’t really fill me up, but it was tasty. I’d be open to going back if I was in the area and craving ramen again.

The food is good. I've had better, but it's pleasant. I am a repeated customer, so its at least THAT decent. I am writing the review because of what I witnessed the last time I went in. The staff was very friendly! They are the kindest I've yet to come across. I witnessed a very kind gesture to a mother and child that came in to sell some treats. The waiter that attended me was also very polite and kind. All in all, I'd order again simply because I know the restaurant isn't run by selfish-profit-hungry-people. They deserve your tips!
