Worst service ever!! I've only had them for 2 months and have already had to deal with 3 outages for over 24 hours. That's just ridiculous especially working remotely. This has affected my work! DO NOT SWITCH TO THEM. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A BETTER SERVICE.

I hate frontier with my entire heart! Our internet went out!! No solution to fix it besides needing a new router! Which will take 2-3 days to even get to us!! Frontier doesn’t give a crap that I work from home!!! I have two kids to support and now I can’t work for 2-3 days!!! If I could switch internet companies I would but unfortunately shitty frontier is the only internet company that services our street!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Less than adequate internet service and charge ridiculous and inappropriate fees when canceling. I was charged an extra month of wifi after canceling weeks before my next billing cycle, in addition to $53 restocking fee for canceling, when they don’t offer services to my new location. I was told that it says ‘somewhere’ that I can be charged up to 3-4 charges after canceling. This was not made aware and I was told previously on the phone that there was no charge to return and cancel and that the additional month should be my last charge. Customer service is not helpful in the slightest. Do not recommend.

Not the greatest for physical troubleshooting but 4 "techs" later after internet service was out for two + weeks,one tech FINALLY got the job done and internet service was up and running.thanks to THAT individual who provided results and not excuses for a job "preferred" preference...some of these guys want a simpler paycheck,while the more experienced techs get results...I can acknowledge the latter and understand if it's a lengthy job and am more than patient to wait...again,thanks to that individual that came !!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all, I signed on for $19.95 but never got that rate in the 5 months of service. In that time I've been refused service twice. I pay $39.95..but not no longer. Do not deal with this company!
