Fortune 3 does not return phone calls to assist when a business owner needs help setting up email addresses with the the domain names.... no phone calls returned to me in over a month! My web host is canceling emails and advised us to switch email hosts. Need the MX records to do this and can not contact Fortune 3 for our information that WE own. They provided the service to register now they do not respond for us to be able to continue our service to our customers. Stay away unless you want your domains held hostage too.

I have been with Fortune3 since 2009 and service was excellent until the last year or two. Forward to today. I have support tickets open for multiple months. I have images on the e-commerce shopping card check out pages that won’t load (I was using their own supplied template). They won’t pick up calls or answer emails. It has become an absolute nightmare.

Agree with previous reviews. I think it is time to contact the BBB. There is no excuse for not replying to tickets, email, chat, or answering the phone. Years ago they were a lot better company now all they want it your money. My website constantly has issues. Security Certificate keeps expiring. I just upgraded plans with no response. Been a customer since 2010 and this is how I am treated. I rarely give bad reviews but I am done. If your listening turn your ship around and be the company you used to be or sell it to someone that cares.

Company has shut down all services, tech support, phone calls, emails. Nothing works including the administration page. I can't update or change anything on the backend. I recommend we all update our bank info so they can stop taking our money. Copy our images and our content text. Start anew with GoDaddy or WordPress.

I've been with Fortune3 since 2006 and these guys have become my worst nightmare. They no longer help. No tickets answered. No phone calls returned. No nothing any anymore since Covid. Horrible service and unfortunately the worst web hosting company online now. THANKS ALLOT!
