I would give a ZERO star review if it was possible. This has been a nightmare of a company to work with. We have spent thousands of dollars and waited months for labels to be finished. Every time we get close to a resolution and a final product there seems to be an error. We had to pay for prints that had errors. We were told they were not able to make the editing changes to items they have already been editing and making changes to.
When it seemed we had everything finally resolved, once again the company drops the ball. We were told after over 6 months of modifications that we needed to provide the original art work and they would have to start completely over.
The communication with this company is awful. They don't talk amongst themselves or have the ability to keep track of any progress of a project. Deadlines are not a thing here, expect to be pushed back weeks if not months. We waited 7 days for a reply about one word being misspelled. If you have the ability to use any other company, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
We are still in limbo for labels for a product that's taken over 14 months to complete to-date. We have spent more money on labels and corrections than we have some of the major additive ingredients to our products.
If this project ever gets completed, it will absolutely be the last time we use this company!!!

Even if the next prints were FREE we will take our business elsewhere. Disappointed is beyond an understatement.

This this a poor place to work for, multiple orders have been lost, communication is terrible and labels were made incorrectly. We were told.. the sample was illegible .. then why was it made? Also, No refunds
