I have used Sonny and Fort Worth Air for a few years now. Sonny has always been responsive to phone calls and comes out ASAP. He is always honest and helps without upselling to other services you don’t need. He just replaced one of our AC units that was 22 years old. His crew today was extremely professional, fast and on time. Sonny is honest and a straight forward man which are traits that seem hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Sonny and Fort Worth Air.

I called on Sunday night and Sonny answered and came out the next day. He was honest and quick. Even my foster dog liked him and did not even bark when he came in. He always barks at everyone. He got my a/c back up and running within an hour. Fair price and seemed very honest.

Sonny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and open and honest about everything throughout the entire process. From the quote to the install, he took his time to answer every question we had in depth. His team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job installing the new AC in our house. Not only was the install a 10/10, they also worked very quick and finished the job much sooner than I was expecting. If you’re looking for a company to do any sort of HVAC work, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to give them a call.

I feel I can’t say enough about Fort Worth Air-Conditioning! It is the heat of the summer and our air conditioning isn’t cooling at 7:30am on Saturday morning. I called at 7:48 and Sonny picked up after 2 rings! He was at my home at 11 am checking my system on a SATURDAY!!! I know there are a lot of great air-conditioning companies out there but they don’t pick up their phones on a weekend, Sonny always answers my call. If he misses it, he will always call you back. Sonny has done maintenance on our old system for 7 years before it went out and replaced our system last year!!! Highly highly recommend Fort Worth Air-Conditioning, ask for Sonny, he is the owner!!!

Sonny is amazing. a very straight-up honest guy. I got an expensive diagnosis from another ac tech and Sonny spent time checking to make sure this was correct before trying to sell me on anything. he even offered to try to fix it to give us a few more weeks of AC while we were shopping units and did it free of charge. I would HIGHLY recommend using his service in a business that is normally trying to get money from the customer he is truly trying to help people. cannot recommend him enough!

I have been using Fort Worth Air Co for my A/C servicing for over 5 years. They have always done a great job. Great customer service, always worked with my schedule, and I never got the feeling I was being taken advantage of. This year my A/C was on its last leg. I knew it was only a matter of time before I would be without any cool air, which is a death sentence in Texas. I called three companies to come give me estimates. Never heard back from one, another one took two weeks to give me an estimate and didn't seem to care at all, and then there was FTW Air. First off, scheduling was great. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Sonny came out personally for my estimate on a Friday afternoon on short notice. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all aspects of the installation process. He even suggested moving my AC over to be more efficient. This would not cost me any extra money but would cost them more time. They gave me a fair price and there was no question who I was going with. We were able to schedule the installation quickly. On that day, Sonny was there again to ensure everything went well. Everything went great. They spent the time needed to make sure everything was working at peak performance. As a side note, they also did some other side work for me in my yard without any hesitation and didn't even charge me. I was very impressed with them. Martha, their office manager, even stopped by to check in with us. It has been about three months since I got my new A/C and it is working like a champ!! Long story short, they've earned a customer for life. The process was easy and their customer service is top notch. Very glad I went with them.

Fort Worth Air Conditioning is 5 Star. From the on time estimate visit, the quote, to the installation team, and excellent service from Sonny...All were 5 star. I requested an estimate and Sonny explained my options within my budget. I received a new HVAC installation that I am so happy with.
