Derrick has been a blessing. ILF is something that I have been wanting to do but didn't know how. I am a travel nurse and I get me a room through Airbnb in someone's home whenever I travel. I own 3 properties. I live in one, rent one out to Section 8, and I want to do ILF for the 3rd property. Derrick's teaching has given the the tools to do so. You must be willing to invest money in order to make money one way or another. I'm hoping to move out of the nursing field and able to do ILF full-time. Must have an exit strategy that will generate generational wealth. Amen 🙏🏽
