Five star reviews are likely artificially inflated from the company to try and hide reviews expressing honest dissent. All the one star reviews have explanations, but the five star ones don't? And they were all posted in a short timeframe shortly following the negative reviews? Curious.

This is, bar none, the worst UX I've ever seen. It puts you in chat loops with a robot when you need to speak to a human. Save companies money in the short term? Sure. But can you calculate how many users LEAVE and never come back because this bot is so terrible? No. I immediately churned and looked elsewhere. Don't use this company if you value preventing existing clients from churning, simple as.
