I am very disappointed with the service I received. I have visited the store four times to get my front camera fixed, but each time the technician was unavailable. Despite being assured that I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment, I have yet to hear anything, and it has been over a month since my last visit. Notes were taken with my name and number, but no follow-up occurred. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made my experience at the store quick and simple. They even cleaned up my screen, put the screen protector on for me and aired out my speaker on my phone. That way I could hear clearly. 10 out of 10 would come back again.

I was recommended to this shop by a local Wasilla computer repair shop to work on my iPhone and I was not let down. I further recommend this shop for any cell phone repairs. Very courteous front desk service and exceptional service by Helena the technician. I had all but given up because it’s an older iPhone but she was able to make a complete repair and recovered everything without having to wait long or comeback. I just can’t say enough good things about what a great service they provide in the Valley along with an enormous supply of cell phone products. You will not be disappointed!

My trip to the store was good. I got what I wanted and had help finding some other things I've been considering. The staff assisted me with putting my screen saver on. And informed me of the permancy of the fixture I was a bout to use. I do wish they had a little bit of a larger selection of cases for my phone.

$30 is too much for a piece of molded rubber, imo. That said, For My Cell has the best selections of phone cases and accessories. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice little shop.
