Today I am very satisfied with all the procedures at the clinic, beginning with being greeted by both receptionists, Hillary and Carla. And my great satisfaction with Ernesto, his attentiveness and effectiveness really shines through! I am very pleased with this clinic and everyone here is very professional and helpful.

I started my vaccine over 3 months ago and my first impressions were that of organized chaos. It's a small space and there are many moving parts with a waiting room that was often overcrowded mid-morning, although the staff is always super friendly. Fast-forward to today's visit and everything was running like a well-oiled machine with proper social distancing in all areas. Andrzej is making some really good changes and I look forward to returning to future visits.

I want to start by saying it’s been almost 4 years that I haven’t been disrespectful or actually said how I felt about someone is a very long time but no longer can I hold it especially what just happen with these nasty people. The director of the clinic Andre is extremely rude he speaks to his employees like they are slaves and garage. Jennifer from the pharmacy has a really nasty attitude. Public health is no joke I’ve been really depressed after leaving that facility! Anyways I don’t want to keep going because I can go on for a whole hour on how mean and nasty there whole crew is. Anyways I’m so happy i was finally able to say how I feel today. Sorry everyone if I was too over the top I just couldn’t hold this one in

It is my first time at this clinic and I am very surprised with the profesionalism here! Carla and Hillary were courteous and efficient and Ernesto, the coordinador made my visit stress-less! Will come back for sure!

Office is extremely unorganized, forget about social distancing, They will offer you a study and only pay you a portion of what was offered. The owner ia extremely rude and disrespectful always talking down to its employees. He is constantly threatening people with their jobs. Since the owner family all work their be prepared for family affairs thats break out into arguments in middle of the office. Go someplace else.

Scheduling is smooth and steady. Particularly complaint with COVID restrictions. Staff provides participants with refreshments and snacks during long visits. Very comforting.
