My appt involved my semi-annual prolia injection. The office staff and the nurse were cheerful, accommodating, and expedient. I was in the building only 1/2 an hour and am grateful for the competency of all who helped me.

I am never at the Institute for more than 45 minutes. The staff is positive and timely. Check in is quick, getting in and out of the Lab is quick; then you're brought to the Exam room and wait no more than 5 minutes for the clinician who goes over your labs and any recent tests performed and listens to your concerns/questions. I have never felt rushed or that the clinician was in a hurry to get out of the room. Have had care at 2 other Cancer Centers and the experience here is by far, the best.

The moment we entered, the staff at the check-in welcomed you warmly and you were checked-in in a jiffy.So far every time we came we have been pleasantly surprised how short a wait time we encountered with the place buzzing as it always is.We also simply love Dr. Glick. His warm and calm demeanor immediately assures you that you are in good hands, and the way he explains procedures or clarifies reports does not leave you wondering what he actually meant. We couldn’t have been luckier with Dr.Glick!

I have been going to the cancer center since 2013. I have always felt comfortable. The Drs and practitioners are knowledgeable and keep you informed. I don’t worry knowing they are caring for me , and you need that whenever you are diagnosed with cancer. The reception staff is friendly and accommodating. I am thankful the whole team is there .

They gave me great care. The staff are very nice and do everything to make each visit comfortable. From registration to the doctor's and nurses and the checkout people they are very professional and treat each patient with respect and dignity. I highly recommend them if you need cancer care.

The organization excels in compassion, with almost everyone demonstrating kindness and understanding. However, there are a couple of lab technicians who could benefit from developing their empathy and enhancing their English communication skills. Addressing these areas would greatly improve the overall experience for everyone involved.

Hi, my name is Arlene! I feel so blessed to be in the hands of Dr. Lobo. Every visit I feel confident leaving our sessions. Dr. Christopher Lobo clearly explains the next steps and medications, giving me options and room to think! I am cared for and grateful for the AMAZING success throughout my breast cancer journey. Dr. Lobo is by far the BEST doctor I’ve ever had. He’s genius and it truly helps that he has great manners.
