Lloyd is the best. Service was fast, professional, and affordable. I feared my rather expensive HP Pavilion Laptop was done for. I was in and out in just a few hours, same day. Laptop is like new. Forget the Geek Squad, Lloyd is "the computer guy" and even fixes iPhones.

Charged me $240 to reinstall windows..
I initially took my PC to Loyd to get it fixed from a non-working OS. The PC kept crashing on start and during operation. Loyd was very polite and welcoming on our first meeting. The following day, he called me to tell me he couldn't get the monitor working, so I brought him an HDMI cord thinking he may just have a bad cable. When I arrived at his home I looked at the back on the PC tower and discovered he was attempting to plug the cable into an empty port, and not the port on the graphics card. That was the first indication he didn't really know what he was doing. I plugged the HDMI cable into the correct port and showed him the monitor was indeed working.
I picked up my PC a few days later and brought it home. The following day was the first chance I had to turn it on and test the system. It immediately started crashing again so I texted Loyd to let him know that the problems were still occurring and asked if I could bring it back since it wasn't exactly "fixed". Loyd told me that he already gave me a deal at $240 and that any new work would not be covered. He then suggested that I return it to the manufacture.. At this point I knew that any chance of getting him to warranty any work he had done was useless.
I decided to work on my PC myself at this point and began installing updates and drivers to the system. Turns out, thats all it needed to begin with. You would assume that anyone knowledgable would know that this is the first step after reinstalling windows and getting a gaming PC back up to speed.

Would I recommend Loyd to friends and family: Probably not
Did Loyd fix my PC: To an extent. He did get it back to the point where Windows would launch and I could install the updates, but he did not finish the job by leaving the updates uninstalled along with any drivers that the PC needed.
Is the pricing fair? I think he was a little overpriced, but overall, it wasn't extremely expensive.

Beware of this rip off! Read Yelp reviews! If you have a problem don't give him the $69 when he rips you off go to consumer affairs to get your computer back.

Had a blue screen, he said no charge unless he fixed it. Called me a week later said it would be $159 for a new hard drive. Asked for my computer back said it would be $69... Said you didn't fix it, said that he was able to there fore had to pay and advised I signed paperwork saying so. Con artist! All he did was unscrew
the computer did no work. He knew from the get go what he was going to do.
***read Yelp reviews wish I would have before giving him the cash would have done like another customer and went through consumer affairs. Going to report him to them and better business bureau and file small claims, just to keep others from being ripped off!!!
It was suppose to be a rush and I didn't hear back from him called him 6 days later and that's what he told me. Took another week to put the screws back on. He talks to you from a speaker at his front door, very rude person when you have a problem, but when you call asking about his service is very nice and says it won't cost you unless he fixes it. You expect to pay the flat $69 and then says he can fix it but it's more money.

I'm sure Lloyd is knowledgeable, but he couldn't tell me what happened to my laptop, then when I ask for the data to be recovered, they would charge 1200 dollars. I bought the tools and the solid state drive reader and did it myself for 30 dollars. The business is located within his home which was strange and uncomfortable.
