Came to Boulder to do some extreme hiking. Stumbled upon this store while in town waiting for our dinner reservations. Rylie Is quite literally one of the most helpful employees I’ve encountered. We stopped in and my son found two pairs of amazing hiking boots that were on sale. We actually came back the next day because Rylie was so helpful to look for hiking pants. We did find some great gear not only that, one pair did not quite fit right and they actually have a seamstress that was able to take them in. Highly suggest this store for any hiking or active needs.

I needed some clothes for an upcoming trip so I went to the pearl Street mall for some shopping. I had never heard of this brand before but I saw the sale sign and went in. What an interesting store. Right off the bat I had three smiling employees greet me and one of them was kind enough to explain how they wax some of the clothes for waterproofing. I was feeling overwhelmed but Aaron showed me the map of all the "families" and steered me towards the Keb section. $600 later I left with a super cozy puffy hoodie, a pair of technical pants, and a hip pack that i adore. Thank you Aaron for your expertise and for all the travel tips.. you rock!

Feels like concierge service as soon as you walk in. Huge fan of their selection. Danielle, the store manager really helped us out. Their clothing seems to last forever and my wife loves the backpacks 😉

I dropped my pants off to be fixed because it was coming part at some seems. This was some weeks ago, maybe 3 or more. I called the store and the woman said the seamstress was out for another month. I expressed that I would have been using the pants if I had known that. She was rude and said I should just come pick them up then.

This has not been a good experience and I will not be coming to this location again.

Wow...what a Closing Night Film Festival event this store and Amazing Staff pulled off Sunday eve ! Great crowd, energy, Pasta Jay's food and delicious libations were in tasty abundance.
Danielle and her smiling able team made the Evrionmental Film Festival's final night Paaaarrrty one to remember.
Even the music and great clothing deals offered were exciting and appreciated by all patrons.
Truly a unique Boulder Style event with class and Sass. Thanks - mucho grande !

I have visited this store on several occasions when I'm in the Boulder area. Its a beautiful store with a great aesthetic. Its always so tidy and clean. It makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. You can tell the employees take care of the store and do their best to give you a great experience. I was purchasing a hat and some super friendly woman I think Rihanna helped me. She even followed up with my purchase later to ensure I was enjoying the product. From a clothing store, I mean who does that? Unparallel customer service. You cant get that at Amazon. I also had an online order get stolen from my house, and Fjall took care of me without hesitation and sent me a back up. Fjall just simply takes business back to the core about customers first. And I am here for it.

Had an amazing experience at the Boulder location. Dan, the store manager, Shannon, a sales associate, and Brianna, another associate, all helped me with trying things on, several questions, and checking prices for me during a sale.

Even though they had many customers and the place was full, everyone was taken care of fully, with the full staff tag teaming excellently, being very knowledgeable and aware of the statuses of inventory and fitting rooms, making it run like clockwork.

Shannon also helped us to order items online that were not in stock at the store, having them shipped to our house.

All of the staff rocked out visit and I spent extra by being able to try everything on with them grabbing different sizes for me. Love this location so much! Can't wait to see it expanded. Thank you again!
