Enjoyed our stay at Fireside 114. What we liked: Short walking distance to the Village, clean, great communication with the owner who helped us out with the parking situation as I had forgotten to print the parking pass, well-appointed kitchen, underground parking, comfortable mattress. For us, these features outweighed the relatively older furnishings and kitchen.

Unit #114.
Great roomy clean comfortable condo just steps from the gondola . All amenities included. Great pool and hot tub. A special added benefit is the heated underground parking .
Great overall experience. We will be recommending this condo to our friends and plan definitely to return.

We enjoyed being able to park the car and go everywhere we need to without driving. The close proximity to the gondola to Canyon Lodge and to the transit bus stop worked great. Our room was comfortable and made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed in units 205 and 305. Absolute filthy dumps. The carpets, furniture, bedding —— all nauseating and thick with dog urine and odors. These units look like they haven’t been upgraded in decades. This place is unhealthy in any environment, but during Covid it is entirely unacceptable. We are now in touch with health officials. Run.

Our 4th stay at The Fireside, unit 112. The location is steps away from the village and Gondola to Canyon lodge. We love this condo because: it is pet friendly, very clean and nicely/ comfortably furnished, equipped w/ all needs in the kitchen, bath and bedroom, has wood burning fireplace (they supply the wood), BBQ, fast wifi, great TVs and a on site manager (Dan) to help out with any issues. Make sure you read what they supply because it will cut down on a lot of packing! (shampoo, soap, paper goods, coffee, coffee filters, etc.) Not very many vacation rentals supply so much and it was very appreciated when we realized we forgot a toothbrush. Sure enough, there was a brand new one under the bathroom sink! We don't have kids but, there is ping pong, a pool table and fuze ball table above the pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is perfect after a day of great skiing. One of my favorite aspects of #112 condo: the view of the morning sunrise from the living room windows. Beautiful! Thank you Tracy. We shall hopefully be back before the snow season ends or when the mountain bike season begins.

Unit 309 at the fireside, had a horrible kitchen, little dorm refrigerator, one in the kitchen, and one down the hall in the closet. Also no place to put your food, except on the only counter you are suppose to eat at. No dinning table. One outlet in kitchen, to plug, a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. Have to unplug something to use something. Also no dishwasher, and lopsided burners on the stove. Would never rent this unit ever again, due to the bad accommodations in the kitchen.
