From the moment I walked in the door through the completion of the install and surround, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and patient in directing me and answering questions. Our experience in purchasing a Vermont Casting wood burning stove from Fireplace Creations was great. They worked with us to find the right fireplace and then visited our place to discuss installation. Prices of the stove and installation were clear. The installation crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and competently installed our stove in a timely manner. We appreciated their thoughtfulness in laying large pieces of cardboard down on the floor to protect our reclaimed lumber. When they left, the fireplace was in place and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up.

We just had Fireplace Creations tear out an old fireplace and install a new gas insert and stone facade and mantle. We could not be more happy with how it turned out, the craftsmanship, friendly installers and the great customer service. Complete tear out and Install only took 3 days!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If you need a new fireplace look no further than Fireplace Creations!

I made my initial phone call today and I immediately felt the gentleman on the phone had no interest in speaking with me or answering questions. I hope he was just having a bad day. I immediately shared I needed to replace our logs due to a gas leak we discovered & wanted to purchase & pay for install. I instantly felt my call was annoying. It became clear to me I was not a valued future customer. 2 times he instead I had to come in person before he would consider me a customer. He told me he had customers in store & they were more important. I understand. But he could have concluded “can I call you back when I have a moment?” But he did not. I have worked in retail & the health industry so I know how to treat a customer. This is not how & a good way to lose a customer. He did! Hate it!
