Could not be any happier! Heidy was absolutely awesome in helping me get set up. Heidy went way above and beyond helping me find a unit that fit my needs and worked with me on my relocation schedule. Apartment is very modern with tons of amenities. I went with the studio which has a lot more room than I have seen in other units while being easy to maintain and keep efficient. I checked other apartment complexes in the area but Filament just has that “community” feel. Overall I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend.

Typically I do not leave reviews until I move out but it has been awesome over here at the Filament; especially coming from the Arc! Taylor was very pleasant and easy to work with! But that Rere!!! Oh my goodness she is awesome and provides top notch customer service each & every time!!! I love all the staff here including management! You guys are doing an awesome job! Keep up the good work please it’s greatly appreciated. I would like to recognize the maintenance team as well for up keeping my apartment & keeping the community clean! You guys deserve your flowers! 💐 Thank you to everyone. P.S please don’t change management!

I currently live on the property, the team is amazing they’re so sweet the only bummer is the loud neighbors. Unfortunately you can hear everything through the walls. I can hear my neighbors conversations, dog barking, and them playing music at 12:30am, 1:00am while I have to be up at 5:00am. I understand we live in apartments but some neighbors are just not considerate of others. Again the property is nice the staff is nice but the built is not the best. I’ve brought it to the offices attention but nothing has changed. 😭 So if you’re looking for a place that is quiet and you don’t hear your neighbors this is not the place.

My whole experience here was so easy! When I walked in the door, all of the staff was so welcoming! Heidy was the leasing agent I worked with, and she made everything a breeze. I toured over 15 different complexes, and this was the one that truly made me feel at home.

I have been staying here since February 2024, and the experience here has been great. Reannen and the other leasing agents have always been helpful and always find ways to keep the community engaged through various community events. Maintenance has always been timely and without any issues. Highly recommend the Filament.

These new apartments are super dope! Affordable living and so nice! (taking into consideration the market now a days). The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Taylor got us in to our new place in a timely matter! Our girl Rere is the freaking best! When I say she make sure when you need anything she will make sure things get done in a reasonable time frame and always so friendly! Overall staff is wayy better than anywhere I ever stayed!!!!! Go and ask for Rere she gone get you right! 🫠

We have been living here for a month so far. We’re very happy with everything. I do highly recommend this place! No place is ever perfect but the management at this property are at a constant work in progress to ensure everyday is better than the last. Specifically Rere is just fantastic in every way. Management is quick to address any issues that arise. Very respectful & welcoming environment. Very grateful for the experience thus far.
