Heather and Steven are gems to work with. I am sure this was a difficult order and it took months to happen but they communicated the whole way and helped out. Not just that, but the product is awesome. A little difficult to figure some things out but again, Steven answered so quickly. Steven was incredibly helpful when deciding upon a bike cart to purchase for a new startup. I would call sometimes, he would pick up right away and jump into conversation. He showed me the best examples, pictures and talked through the different bike functions. When I had certain requests upon check out - he had it fixed quickly and that allowed a seamless transaction. The bike arrived and was just as beautiful as I imagined! Was packaged so well in the carrier. My only concern was getting rid of the crate - after taking all the sides and top off (probably 75 screws) - I thought the crate could collapse...I was wrong but thankfully our garbage man took it (it was 4 ft x 4 ft x 9 ft long)! Highly recommend Ferla and I plan to do more business with them soon!

My Ferla bike mini is the best! I am the chef/owner of Heather's Dessert Cart and Catering, LLC in Greenville, SC and I set up downtown and at local pop-ups and markets. The interior is the perfect size for two full coolers , my display stands, and all my supplies, but still small enough for me to pedal (with electric motor assist!) up and down the huge hills through my neighborhood.
