I had an old computer that seemed to be doing the job, until it didn't anymore. My wife and I visited Ferguson Computers because they were a highly recommended local business. After listening to our wants and needs, Robbie recommended just what we needed. After it arrived his support staff, Barrett and Jacob, went to work converting all the files and installing some much needed updates. I can't thank them enough for their patience and professionalism. Ferguson Computers is now our "go to" for computer advice and service.

Absolute best experience I have ever had with a computer repair company. I took in my new build after I got frustrated with it and Julianna absolutely rocked it in rebuilding it for me. It is so quiet, efficient, and fast - and the video game graphics are no joke either! I love that I'm no longer losing frames in PVP games. I built my own pc and had some problems with it immediately. So I took it to Best Buy, which I thought would be the safe and reliable route... I asked for them to do a few things, all they did was replace the parts I brought (Did not check one of the parts they were supposed to before replacing it) and then gave me the PC back with plenty of problems. The staff wasn't very friendly and the guy who repaired it was obviously annoyed when I asked him some quick questions about it.

Then I brought my PC to Fergusons. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and explained everything thoroughly. They called to update me throughout the process and finished everything very quickly. When I got the PC back, they had done everything I asked for and then some! They really looked out for me and I walked out of there paying at least half of what I would have anywhere else, I would have happily paid more for what they did. I won't be taking any of my tech anywhere else other than here in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
