I hope someone in management reads this.

. I’ve been patronizing this store for years and have found the employees for the most part to do a good job of providing helpful service. I dropped off a job this morning and rather than incurring rush charges to get the job done today, I elected to pay a bit less to get the job tomorrow morning.

Early this evening, I was near the store and dropped in to see if it might have been done early. The employee said it was ready, but he couldn’t let me pick it up until tomorrow morning without charging the rush fee. The “system” wouldn’t allow him to let me pick up and pay even though the job was ready. Huh?

The employee (who I won’t name) wanted to help me, but the “system” prevented him from doing so.

Hey FedEx management: bring back the great service regular customers appreciate. Dumb policies like this are disheartening to good employees and your best customers.

No greeting or help offered when I walked in. I struggled with my attachments on the self print, so I need to ask for help and then it took 30 minutes to get my printing which was actually pretty fast, but they neglected to give me any kind of range of price expectation beforehand. I guess I don't know how much it cost to print things, because I was thinking 50 to 75 bucks but it cost almost $300. Refused to sell me headphones when I asked for them. As soon as the transaction was over on their end, the worker disappeared and I had to stand there for a few minutes before calling out for more help even though people could see me standing there.

Horrible rude customer service. If you ever want the meet worst Fed ex employee, go to this location and meet with the young woman that works there. Absolutely rude and uncouth from the get go.

Absolutely unhelpful as well. Just the worst possible person I could’ve met in the Bay Area.
