We cancelled our contract over 16 months ago after paying thousands of dollars to them. We emailed reps and sent a letter. Correspondence went back and forth so they knew we were not renewing. Now they are trying to auto-renew us. You can never reach anyone by phone.

I've fielded a dozen cold calls from this company. I've told them we're not interested and asked for our organization to be removed from their marketing list. Instead, they tried to reach other people in the organization hoping for a different answer. When that didn't work, they just called me back the next week. When I blocked their number, they started using a new number. At this point, just because of their lack of respect for boundaries alone, we'll never consider them.

While I have never used Feathr, their marketing strategy is insane. They email my organization every few days requesting meetings or sending webinar invitations. We've requested to be removed from their mailing list but still receive messages. It's exhausting.

My company spent quite a bit of money of their services, including their concierge level. They do not respond in a timely manner and get things accomplished as promised. It is evident that they do not understand the event industry at all! Event advertising is time sensitive and their team has been horrible at creating ads and getting our campaign moving.
