Well this company came by to clean up another paving company wrong doing. John was up front honest we Say because did exactly what he said, he has been our driveway paving contractor for the past about two years. John came out to repair a spot on my RV lots dealership in May. He assured me he would put down plenty of material and it would be better than new. I reminded him that I have heavy vehicles travel over it. He told me he would roll it and it would be ready for use in 24 hours. His “repair” is worse than it was! I can’t drive my forklift over it without digging deep into the repair let alone a R.V. He has been unresponsive to my concerns. The ironic thing is having a asphalt I would need future repairs and sealing. If you want to see his handy work in person I suggest you come see this mess he made at my lot in Azle .

I first had John Cooper of Faultech Asphalt come out after and accident occurred tearing up my culvert and driveway entrance. John was able to repair the culvert without having to replace it saving me a couple thousand dollars. He removed all the torn up Asphalt, replaced it and also gave me a great deal on spraying the rest of my driveway. It rained that night unexpectedly and so it messed up the Asphalt. John was there the very next morning to see what if any damage from the rain. I did not call him. He came on his own. We made arrangements to have him respray at no charge. John is very honest, takes pride in his work and has fair prices. John is very professional and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone needing Asphalt work. John's estimate was $4000 less than the first person that I contacted. John, thank you for your honesty and your professionalism. I will definitely call you again for any work I need done.

Updated Post: FaultTech came back out for asphalt repair and seal on July 2022. Stood by original estimated cost and completed the repair and seal within the same day. Had cracks that were 4 inches deep. They fixed cracks throughout driveway, and placed a new seal that should last me for another 5 years. I stand by the quality and honesty of this company and recommend them to anyone that is needing a new or repair asphalt job.

Original Post: Faulttech completed a new asphalt driveway install on Sept 2020. This company is outstanding in quality, in time and under budget. Very professional. Cleaned as they go. Highly recommended for any asphalt job needed.
