Im happy with a UkeySoft for Spotify , but not happy with customer service - I've been waiting for a reply for quite a long time regarding the refund for access to Ukeysoft for Windows - the offer states that you can cancel within 30 days after the purchase - I submitted a refund request by e-mail and I'm waiting for a reply for 3 days.. no one speaks. I hope someone will take care of my case

I've always received fine products for my money from this company, which I do business with as IObit. When I need a program to clean up or maintain my computer, I usually go to them first. Service is flawless, they follow their own terms, and their products are highly useful. Would totally recommend them. They even keep the junkware to a minimum-

Yesterday I tried to sign in to premium service on Windy.com. FastSpring was the money collector. I feel what they did was highly unethical. First they had a page saying I would be billed yearly, which I thought would be ok, since they would notify me and I could say no. Then I was asked to pay, which I did. Then a page came up, after payment, giving the rules, that I would have to let them use my personal information, something about Face book, and that the annual payments would be automatic. We never join Social Media, and also
we never click to share our information. We avoid this.
I clicked the choice "Cancel," but instead the website continued
as if I had never done so. I could not get a response for "Cancel."
After that, within 2 hours I received 4 emails congratulating me for
joining the premium service. I had to open a case with Paypal to
try and get my money back, and cancel the entire transaction.
The fact that FastSpring put the account requirements AFTER the payment
was not ethical, and not letting me Cancel with their Cancel button was very bad.

Time waster... Every year my automatic renewal fails, I have to go to their site, redo the payment, this year I received an email a week later that the 2nd payment failed, paid with paypal, (got billed in the wrong currency), tried to cancel my payment on paypal site and instructions said to contact them. The contact information on paypal is a donotreply email and the phone number has a recorded message telling you to go to their website.

i dont know who this company is or why they charge my credit card every month i am on fixed income and i need you to stop charging me. i dont get anything from you and i have called and called but they dont answer the phone they send you to a web site that gets you
