con la presente desidero portare alla vostra attenzione un episodio che ritengo particolarmente grave e contrario ai principi di professionalità che un’azienda come la vostra dovrebbe perseguire.

In data 21.01.25, ho ricevuto una comunicazione via email da parte della Sig.ra Giulia Gangemi, Consulente HR del mercato italiano, il cui contenuto trovo inaccettabile per il tono scortese e per le accuse implicite rivoltemi. L’email recitava quanto segue:

“Buongiorno Elena,

Mi è dispiaciuto molto che lei non abbia nemmeno trovato il tempo di informarmi che non era più interessata alla presentazione. Speravo quanto meno in un riscontro da parte sua, ma evidentemente è abituata in questo modo.

Le auguro una buona giornata

Trovo questa comunicazione profondamente irrispettosa nei confronti di un potenziale cliente. Mi domando quale fosse l’obiettivo di inviare un’email così inappropriata e se sia questa la modalità con cui istruite i vostri dipendenti a rapportarsi con chi potrebbe scegliere di investire nei vostri servizi. È inaccettabile che un comportamento del genere venga tollerato, tanto più in un contesto in cui professionalità e rispetto dovrebbero essere priorità.

Come imprenditrice, gestisco personalmente ogni aspetto della mia attività e, come è comprensibile, il mio tempo è estremamente limitato. Le mie giornate lavorative non terminano con un orario predefinito; al contrario, mi occupo di ogni urgenza e priorità h24. Se non ho avuto modo di rispondere tempestivamente è esclusivamente a causa di impegni improrogabili legati alla gestione della mia azienda.

Ero realmente interessata al vostro software e avevo richiesto una demo per valutarne l’implementazione. Tuttavia, la maleducazione e la mancanza di tatto dimostrate da un vostro rappresentante mi portano seriamente a riconsiderare la scelta di collaborare con la vostra azienda.

Mi auguro che questa segnalazione venga presa in seria considerazione e che adottiate le misure necessarie per evitare che episodi simili si ripetano in futuro. Ritengo importante sottolineare che il personale che rappresenta la vostra azienda dovrebbe incarnare valori di rispetto, empatia e professionalità, indispensabili per costruire una relazione di fiducia con i vostri clienti.
