I absolutely love F45 Carlsbad Village! The gym has such a positive, energetic vibe and the instructors are fantastic. They really know how to make every workout challenging but fun. The classes are always efficient, and I love how they keep things varied so you never get bored. It's the perfect combination of intensity and support, and I've definitely seen great results. If you're looking for a workout that pushes you but also makes you feel like part of a community, this is the place to be!

F45 Carlsbad Village Drive is an amazing gym!! Amazing owner, coaches, facility, people, and experience!! The coaches and others working out challenge you and hold you accountable. I’ve literally had someone else working out bring me heavier weight because they knew I could push myself more! Great workout and a great community! I'm always self conscious about working out, especially around other people, but this gym opened up in the most convenient location I had to give it a try. Absolutely love F45, especially this location. The owner Dana hires top notch trainers like Carmelo, who know exactly what they're doing, how to adjust the exercises based on your needs, and keep the entire class motivated and pumped throughout the whole workout. This has been such a great experience!

Carlsbad Village F45 has such a great positive environment. All the coaches are friendly and helpful. Ana brings great form and technique, Jackie always has amazing energy, Aneykah constantly motivates to keep going, and Carmelo pushes you to your limits to make progress. Highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve done f45 for years now and I specifically love this Carlsbad village location. All of the trainers are amazing and willing to push you just the right amount to help you build muscle. I’ve never felt better. The classes aren’t crazy full like some of the other locations as well which is super nice.

Love the F45 Carlsbad Village family! Been working out here for two years and have made so many friends and gotten in the best shape of my life, all while having fun! The workouts and coaches are all great, the owner cares about the space and is always there. I am stronger than ever and love the community feel! You start to see people you work out with all around town and it’s just an overall and positive environment! I also love that the workouts are all set up for you, only 45 minutes (except Saturday is an hour) so you can get in and out easily! I love dropping into a noon class during the week in between conference calls and getting it done! 💪

We completed a trial week at F45 Carlsbad last month and ended up doing 6 classes in 7 days—it was that good. The energy in the studio is great, and the atmosphere is super welcoming, even for newcomers. Each class is different and keeps you challenged in the best way. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but genuinely engaged and personable. They make the effort to learn your name, help with form, and push you when you need it. It feels like a great community.

The only downside is that no one has ever tried contacting us to discuss membership options after completing the trial. We didn’t see the option of signing up for a month to month or to get a yearly membership via the website/app, so we decided to try out other gyms and classes in the meantime. Makes us wonder if this is why so many f45 locations are getting shut down. We didn’t know if we should expect an email or a call from a local manager or their corporate office. Unsure how the system works, but oh well .. 🙂
