Our firm called them to discuss our acute need. Without fully understanding our issue the owner, Tom, wanted to drive home the need for their monthly service per computer. The entire discussion was about how he could put us on managed service rather than solving our problem. We do not work with companies that have only their goals in mind without regard to potential client needs. I couldn’t recommend them to others.
