I highly recommend Justin at Experimax in Haymarket Virginia if you have a Mac. This guy is awesome.

I have a MacBook and I forgot the password and took it to Experimax. He resolved my problem to where I was not required to reformat my hard drive as another computer store had suggested. Plus, gave me additional tips about Macs.

Bob and his staff are mac genius!! I have experienced bad service at another shop in the area and was weary about Experimax in Haymarket. Took a chance on a MacBook Pro with a lot of issues! System would not take on an OS load at all. Bob and his staff took on the challenge and made it happen!

The best part, their experience, honesty and straight forward conversations are exactly what we need in this world! Their price to repair was extremely fair for the difficulty of the issue and honestly, was a lot less than what I was expecting! Bob and staff have earned my business from here on out! About a week ago I spoke with Justin who helped me with a new “bug” in my iPhone.
He was so helpful with that and spent time with other questions I had without rushing me and didn’t charge me. I will definitely go back there for future problems as I feel Justin was very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Owner Bob Glass & his Staff, where very friendly & Knowledgeable, quickly analyzed my issue with my laptop. Recommending that the Cost of repair would be more than the Laptop was worth. Bob recommended a reacement of my laptop, to a Model on the Selling Floor, at a Very Fair Price. I took his advise and purchased the replacement.

The charging piece got stuck in my iPhone, so I stopped into Experimax, hoping that they could help and I wouldn't need to get a new phone. The gentleman was able to remove the piece in less than a minute and didn't even charge me! Great customer service, and I will definitely come back for any IT or phone needs!
