I took my iPhone to this place expecting a quick and efficient repair, but instead, they kept pushing me to replace it with a new one. They claimed the repair would take a long time, but after checking, I found out it wouldn’t take nearly as long as they said. It felt like they were trying to steer me toward buying a new phone instead of actually helping me fix mine. A more honest and customer-friendly approach would have been to provide clear options and let me decide what’s best for me.

Thank you for your prompt and effective assistance in replacing the battery in my iPhone on Jan. 2. I was delighted with the quick (two-hour) turnaround time.

The pleasant young woman, Aubrey, who assisted me at the counter at the Sandy store warned me that the plug-in portal for my charging cable was not working well and that I should plan on using the wireless charging function. However, when I got home, I tried two charging cables that had all but ceased to function before, and I found to my delight that they both are working fine now. In fact, they might be charging the device a tad faster than the wireless pad. I attribute that to the extra-mile service of cleaning the device in the course of changing out the battery.

Thanks again. I will recommend Expercom to anyone I know who might need service on Apple products.

EDIT: So apparently Google maps only lets you leave one review but I had to leave a second one for the help I got today. Troy and Logan were a huge help today fixing my iphone’s charging issue. I went from worried I’d have to buy a new phone I couldn’t afford, to having it completely fixed and working perfectly from a minor fix in under twenty minutes.

A year ago in my original review I said I’d make this place my first stop for tech support issues and I’m glad to say that still holds true going forward. Thank you Troy and Logan, these great employees and the others I’ve met here are why I’ll be coming back next time for any issues and why I’ll recommend this place to anyone who needs it!

ORIGINAL review 2024:
An absolutely huge help truly better than their competition in every way. I saved over 40$ by coming here over a certain competing 3rd party apple-certified repair place. Their competitor didn't listen to my problem at all and rushed me to either get an overpriced repair or (preferably according to them) a replacement phone I couldn't afford.

Meanwhile the two employees who helped me here at Expercom, Ajax and Logan, specifically listened to my issue, and got my phone working in under an hour for a more affordable price while still using all only apple stock parts. Ajax and Logan were professional and extremely helpful! Truly they were life-savers and I can't say enough good things about the employees and the business, I plan to make this place the first stop any time I have a tech support issue going forward.
