Update, since the end of 2024 Everyware generated and collected, fees of 17%. I have called and emailed over 20 times with no response. Insane

I've been a customer of Everyware for a few years now, the text option gives our customers a comfort level we have not had in the past. I find the system easy to use and has helped us with client relations. I am beginning to explore new features and plan to start integrating them in with new customer acquisitions.

We had a former office manager sign us up with this company. We can not get them to stop debiting our banking Account. They DO NOT return calls or respond to our messages. We have to do reverse charges every month. Eventually, they will contact us. It feels like a scam if you cant get in touch with them or get support when you call in. I left 2 more messages today at two different extensions. We will see what happens now that I also have to unfortunately leave this review...
We were contacted after leaving the review. We were assured that we would be stopping the charges.
