I had a terrible experience with this company. Trying to reach them by phone is like attempting to communicate with ghosts—absolutely impossible. It seems they've mastered the art of ignoring calls. Waiting for an estoppel for 3 weeks now and still haven’t received it. I would put zero stars if it was an option.

I was very disappointed with the process. It did not show us that to add a spouse that we had to click on something. It did ask about anyone under 18. Due to not seeing anywhere for this they want to charge us another 25.00 for processing after already giving them 175.00 which is more than you give a lot of banks for the same thing. I will say I did get help yesterday when I was having issues linking the rental agreement which was much appreciated. Maybe it was just me not being real computer savvy at 75 years old. They opened the app up for us yesterday so I did not understand why they could not do it today so I could add the info they want to charge me for again.
