I was solicited to take a survey by mail. They told me if I completed the survey I would receive a $40 Visa gift card. In the course of the survey it told me I qualified to receive the gift card. I took the survey and never received the gift card. I filled out their form on their support website Advising of the issue. I’ve never heard anything. This place is a total scam. Do not take their surveys. Hopefully somebody will report them to an attorney general of state that will do something about it.

UPDATE: The company responded and provided the gift card as promised. I changed the rating from a 1 star to 5 stars because they followed through.

We completed an online survey on Sept 6 with the offer of an online Visa gift card. Never received the gift card! Per their postcard, contacted the company on 9-10 - had to fill out a form. Still no gift card. Contacted them again on 9-16 via phone - had to leave a detailed message. STILL NO GIFT CARD. I have repeated checked our spam folder and it is NOT there.

Completed the "10 minute survey" after receiving postcard in the mail w/ QR code. Promises a $5 gift card. LOL no such thing. Survey took far longer than 10 minutes, and I have yet to receive the gift card, days later. Reached out to them via email and still do not have the gift card. SCAM.

Update to your fake a** reply: YEP I check my spam daily. I DID email/create a help ticket with that link you provided last week- been waiting on a response for 4 days, and not going to put more time into $5. I also know many others report the same thing (see reviews which compromise your 2.2 rating LOL). Do you think that’s a coincidence? SCAM.

I recieved the post card I get half way through for them to tell me I'm not eligible I mean hello what about the questions I did answer and the time I put into it? The gift card still should have been given for the time I did put into it. I can't help you all was looking for a certain age range. I have a 5 month old and a 5 year old. Never again!

I did the survey that I got a postcard about at 2:00am on Wednesday Sept 18th and I received my gift card at 6:07am the same day Sept 18th. Idk why others are complaining but I had no issues. I take surveys for a living as I also do work on Amazon's mechanical turk so I definitely pay attention to attention checks and make sure I am thoroughly answering their questions. I also had opted to answer more questions for them instead of ending the survey when the opportunity was given. It doesn't increase our pay but it does help them further with important research that brands rely on. Thanks for this opportunity, I look forward to taking more surveys in the future!

Don't waste your time. Got the letter, and spent 30 minutes completing the survey. Confirmation screen said complete and thanked me. No emails since. I then submitted a request for help on their website. No reply and its been a few days already. .

Got a card with a code to complete a survey and it said I completed the survey but i didn’t. Seems like a scam and I don’t think i’ll be getting the promised $5 unfortunately….

I did the survey and I received my Amazon gift card as promised. No issues. The survey person was very polite and considerate. It took a few weeks to receive it. I had forgotten all about it. Nice surprise.
