I have been doing business with this company from it's first operational time. They have been able to solve every problem I can throw at em! The owner is a devout Christian and he carries that into the professionalism and quality of their work. It is a family owned company and they have several very well known customers in East Texas. (I know this through casual conversation with the owner and crew). Most importantly they are contractors that I not only trust in my house, but with my family.

ERA earned my first phone call anytime I have an issue with my AC. Called them as soon as they opened because my AC stopped in the middle of the night. Had two techs on-site in 2.5 hours. They had my AC running in 5 mins and tested and cleaned my unit to prevent further issues.

Highly recommend! They did not push a new unit, additional services, and even notified my of possible expenses that could occur during their visit, but did not add stuff if it did not need to be added.

Not only do we use them with all of our needs at the company I've worked with many years, but I use them personally for my residential Service.
