Can someone from your team please contact me. We have an issue with our security deposit and the leasing Utah agent Melissa Fredrickson, and the broker Ethan Heap. We have texted, called and emailed in regards to our security deposit from a property we were renting where false charges were withdrawn from our original deposit, and nobody is responding back to hear us out, or provide resolution, paid receipts, etc.
We are trying to avoid legal action but it’s leaving us no choice since nobody will return our calls, emails or text messages to professionally discuss.

We also have a complaint of how we were treated when we had Covid and felt forced to still do showings of the home we were renting, even though we were all home sick with Covid. Your company did not care and still did showings of a Covid infected home. We even provided proof.
As you can see, there are quite a bit of issues we’d like to discuss with the superiors of your company, who can make a difference with our situation, not ignore, or push aside.
