Brent is AWESOME. My laptop is 3 1/2 years old, and it was running very slow. I was about to go to the store and purchase a new computer when I saw Brent's craigslist ad under computer services EON COMPUTER SERVICES. Brent was able to remotely view my computer, diagnose and fix the problem, AND restore my computer to it's original speed in less than 40 minutes. WOW!, I am impressed. I will be using Brent for all my future computer needs. I highly recommend EON computer services

My laptop hard drive went wonky on Saturday night. I called Brent on Sunday and he was over within an hour. He took the laptop to his home (because COVID-19), diagnosed the problem, replaced the hard drive with a solid state unit that is smokin' fast and won't break and got all my data back. I picked it up on Monday in way better than new condition. He then spent over an hour remote viewing to set up my outlook emails and to fine tune. I recommend Brent and Eon Computer Services without reservation. Phenomenal computer knowledge and a truly great customer service experience.

We are a medium sized firm with several little "T" processes so maintaining a stable environment was one of our greatest challenges. However, Brent did a thorough review of our systems and defined an affordable but extremely efficient footprint as well as, identified gaps we had with security exposure and closed these. Since EON has been our IT support team, we have eliminated several chronic issues and we have enjoyed a much more secure, efficient and user friendly system. Brent is also friendly, professional, readily available and speaks our language so gets it done right the first time. I have had an issue with my ThinkPad going to sleep every 90 seconds or so for several months.. I attempted to fix it with online blogs and I hired a company to fix it remotely and they failed. I saw Brent online and decided to give him a call. He answered on a holiday weekend and within 35 minutes he had resolved the issue! This guy has made a huge impact in my daily computer use.

Our small company turned into a medium sized company in a short period of time. Currently we are running not only 20+ computers in the office, we have another 7+ computers that connect remotely. We were having connectivity issues and had patched and grew the network together as we grew. Brent came in and found all the weak points in our system and came up with a reasonable process to fix the system to give us solid connectivity. He monitors the health of our network to assure issues are fixed before they become problems to prevent down time. Brent is very responsive and works until the problem is resolved. I wish I could give six stars. I called Brent in a panic on a Sunday morning when my laptop wouldn't start due to a fan failure. This was the way my last laptop died so needless to say I was quite concerned. He explained the cost and time needed if the fan needed to be replaced, but that he would try to fix and clean the fan first to see if that helped. Fortunately for me, it addressed the problem and I got my laptop back just a few hours after turning it in. It's obvious I don't know much about computers, so I'm sure Brent could have turned this into a much more lucrative job for him if he were dishonest. But instead, he was honest, professional, timely, cost-effective, and most importantly competent. He will be the first person I call with any computer issue either at home or for my business from now on. I can't thank him enough for saving me the time and cost of expensive repairs and/or a new laptop!

This was the best IT experience I've had. I called Brent to help me figure out why my new software would not load correctly. He set a time to remote in and explained every step he was taking. He also provided coaching on how to best use my laptop and maximize my home network so I could store my valuable files. I have found my new IT service provider! Excellent service and clear communication.
