Very Easy Process. Was in and out without any issues. Great Front Desk! The ultra sound tech i saw during my visit today was very absolutely the best . He was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I Highly Recommend.

My mother in law went here for an Ultrasound, and they denied her being able to get one saying she needed yet another Mammogram, that wouldn't be covered by the insurance company. She was told she needed a ultrasound by the EnVision person who looked at her first Mammogram and sent here, and yet they refused so she didn't get anything done at all. I wouldn't go to this place who couldn't be bothered to contact the doctors office to confirm the test that was to be done. They are also sending her for multiple tests that the testing centers themselves say are not needed. When your provider is disorganized, and incapable of internal communications it does not reflect well on the company or it's partners.

And they somehow think my name is, Dennis. I really think they need to hire more apt employees or pay them better so they desire to do well in their roles.

Very outdated, unprofessional and concerning experience. My daughters DR sent orders for her for an xray. When I called to schedule, I was told by Juana(?) that due to a new policy I needed to fax or email my orders and id for review before they could even discuss the appointment. When I expressed concern, she started trash talking other patientds and said they had to do this because of the incorrect info and patients not knowing aything . I certainly did not want to be added to the group of patients that she was discussing in such a distasteful manner so I decided to take my business elsewhere

Update: No one ever reached out to me. This is the only location with unprofessional and discriminatory practices. I went to another location and was treated with dignity and respect and did not have the outrageous, discriminatory requirements that this location has.

The staff is nice. However when it comes to billing and you make little payments because yo have Cancer and not working at the time they will send you to collections without notice. Even though I have been making payments every 2 weeks or so. Now collections is charging an interest fee. If that happens to you let me tell you now that all the payments you did through the portals will show but your balance will be the initial balance if you are in collections won't matter how many payments you did before they won'treflect on the balance. You'll see the list of previous payments and receipts but won't reflect the balance. Then you'll have to call collections and let them know. I got major surgery recently for Cancer tumors removal and can't be going to get the mail so there's that. Explained the situation to the lady that answer me in billing and she didn't seem to care just told me to call collections and gave me their phone number. So if you're struggling with your health and financially I don't recommend this place. I told them I can only do payments every two weeks of $50 I guess that is not much for them. However is it's for me in the situation I'm at since I don't get any financial assistance and can't work at the moment I'm in recovery.

The staff her was excellent. I scheduled an evening appointment and they were friendly, helpful and fast. Helped keep me calm while doing an MRI since I am very claustrophobic

The staff at this location is all really nice. I have no complaints about them but whoever reads these scans is the worst radiologist I have ever come across. I have very severe spinal issues. It’s been pointed out on multiple CT scans and MRIs over the last 5-6 years. I went in to get an updated CT scan of my entire spine and they claimed everything they saw was “mild” and “questionable” and left out 80% of the problems that were on every other CT scan I’ve had. I even had an xray of my cervical spine at this same location a few weeks ago that showed some things that weren’t listed on my CT scan. (The xray was also insanely limited in the radiology report). My spinal condition doesn’t get better, it gets worse with time and what was written on this radiology report is essentially saying that everything I’ve already been diagnosed with is either not there or is less in severity than it was on my last CT scan done a few months ago. If you want answers, I wouldn’t go to this place. You’re most likely not going to get them. Save yourself time and money and find a better radiologist.

I would give zero stars if able due to the treatment received, poor customer service and the excuses made by the manager Nora who called me back. I have had many MRIs at other facilities and never had to wait an hour after my appointment time which was 9:30 am cst. I arrived at 9:07-9:10am because I was informed to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time. Nobody ever came and told me there were any delays and I missed work for nothing and was in pain due to the wait and uncomfortale seating. This was very unprofessional and I will never return as nothing was done to find a resolve only excuses.

I call, make the appointment, give them my insurance info days ago, fill out all their 5 pages of forms online, and after a 45 min drive they tell me at the front desk they don't take my insurance. Sloppy, I am not happy with these guys. Apparently they are just ok with wasting people's valuable time.
