I want to share my experience that I had with an employee of this company. Her name is Michele Taylor and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was very anxious and she was very compassionate. I just appreciate her kindness so much!! Everyone I came in contact here was very professional and nice. Michele was exceptional.

The services were phenomenal. I was in and out in no time. The only thing was they couldn’t find my order which was sent electronically and faxed. Other than that everything was superb.

My doctor scheduled an MRI 3 weeks ago that I canceled because I was having panic attacks at the thought of it. I’m severely claustrophobic I rescheduled the MRI for today. I didn’t sleep because of anxiety and nightmares so I took a Xanax to help, easy my anxiety but honestly it was the gentleman that did the MRI his name was Jacob. He was OUTSTANDING he talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable and took breaks in between each test. You need more employees like him!

Check in lady at the short desk was unprofessional by taking personal phone calls and being loud enough for all to hear. She was taking to a kid by the tone she using.

I’ve been seen here twice in the past week for an MRI and CTA. During a scary and worrisome time waiting on a diagnosis, it put me at ease being taken care of by such amazing staff members. They explain everything step by step and have great bedside manner. I really appreciate the staff who took care of me.

Came in today for a breast ultrasound, place is very clean and inviting! First thing I noticed was Alexandra’s smile! She was sooo nice and welcoming! Front desk staff was so pleasant and sweet! My ultrasound tech was Jordan she was also a joy to be around made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions explained the process. Procedure was quick, painless and got my results very quick! Overall the best experience especially when you’re going in for something unnerving. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you all for being an awesome staff! I very much appreciate it!
