The ESS team was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions we had in both the planning and implementation phases of our migration to Office 365. I asked many questions during the process and both the sales rep and system engineer were always happy to answer with any information they could provide. In addition to a smooth migration, ESS was available for questions and minor issues that occurred post migration-in other words, they stood behind the work they performed.

Last thing, I found ESS through a YouTube video I watched online and it seemed like the person in the video was very knowledgeable on what he was talking about. It was nice to have a pleasant experience and to be able to put trust in a company that I found online.

I'm a very happy recent customer of Enterprise Software Solutions LLC (ESS LLC). I found them by searching google but what a win it is! I was in need of an open / volume license for MS Office 2019 Pro Plus for our small company and I got it through ESS LLC and they provided me a great deal on the price but most of all the amazing service support. The agent I worked with was Abhi and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get our company's MS VL issue resolved as well as registered our new one. Lastly he also provided great instructions to get things active on our server for me to be able to push it out to all of our client systems. Overall, 5+ stars for ESS LLC if I could go beyond 5! 🙂 Grateful for such a helpful, friendly and highly competent business with great support personnel. Ordered Windows 10 for my outdated pc. The order was easy and fast! however I could not use the download as my pc was too old and would not support it. I was promptly given a refund! Great Customer Service. I Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

I downloaded and installed an evaluation version of Server 2019 from Microsoft's website, and several months later, simply could NOT activate the valid, license I purchased from ESS LLC. Their instructions were clear, but damned if I could activate my license using several different methods. They were given access to my Server, typed several commands I've never seen, and FINALLY were able to license my Server! Kudos to ESS LLC, and frowny face to Microsoft as I've NEVER had issues licensing ANY software in the past. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESS LLC.

They helped us migrate MS CRM 4.0 to MS CRM 365. It was rocky at first but as the project went along things got better. All of the data was migrated to our requirements and I am very happy with the end result. The project was finished in November and they check up every now and then as well to make sure all is good. I plan on using them again for some possible development needs. Thank you for the hard work!
