Sure is a beautiful place. Sort of a jewel in Scotts Valley. UCSC has recently moved some administrative offices here, so in that context, I got to see the place for the first time recently, even though I live fairly close by. It has beautiful landscaping, and the interior is very attractive and functional. I now have to go there periodically, and it is a pleasure.

30 years after Borland, this still feels like a modern office building. Now home to a fitness center, multiple food/beverage options, and many small businesses, it feels like an oasis despite being just off the highway.

Beautiful location and an amazing and wonderful gym available. Friendly personnel at the gym. There's a walking path in the back that is a lovely walk. I don't understand why they don't want you to walk your dog back there though.

It is a mulistructure office site. In the past it served as Borland HQ. Plenty of suites available for lease and parking with cafeterias.

I love Enterprise, the facilities are beautiful, always clean and the staff is very friendly!
