Power outage from a recent storm started in the morning, was still off when I got home from work. Notified Entergy via their online outage reporting and in less than 30 minutes had a pair of linemen here ready to help. Power was back on before another 30 minutes was up. Tremendous showing for a company keeping up with mother nature.

Update: We've been able to work out the auto pay issues. However, there billing department still has work to do.
We bought a house for my mom and signed up for auto payment. Entergy said we were signed up on their website, however they never charged my account. When the bill reached over $400 I finally paid it online and cancelled both the auto payment and the level pay. I sent them several requests for clarification, but they never responded. The customer service for this company is terrible!

Their handling of winter emergencies is awful. They don’t get in any hurry to repair damages. They provide updates of when power will be back on, but when the predicted time rolls around, the power is still off. We have been approximately one day without power and the goal post keeps being moved. By the time it’s over, according to their latest update, most people will be out for approximately two whole days. Useless company with useless employees.

Would love to have a 0 star option. Had a rude employee threaten my husband and his Service Dog on our property, and from a neighbor's property. I put in complaint. I get bully tactics from Entergy (Little Rock offices) themselves. Olameter, very nice guys by the way, come out, polite, professional, install remote reader to the meter. Week later, Entergy sends out a nasty letter telling me that if I don't allow their employee onto my property to physically read the meter (after Olameter had installed the remote reader) they would turn off my power. Mr. Laurent and that employee seem to be cut from the same cloth. I hope the employee is smart enough not to trespass on my property, as he was told he was no longer allowed to walk onto my property. Mr. Laurent, using bully tactics, shows just how rude and insulting Entergy can be to their costumers. I pay my bills on time, and I don't stand for this sort of behavior nor this sort of unprofessional entitled attitude from any business. The only problem is, I don't have another electricity option yet. I hope to find either a solar option within my budget range or find an alternate company willing to service my property with electrical power. I'd even rent/pay over time for a solar option on property. I have very little power use outside of computer, AC, and Heating. Heating will be hopefully taken care of soon with repairs to fireplace.
