Got there early for FPL, they didn't say anything just to sign in, when I get to the windows they told me they can't do anything for FPL and I have to go to the office in Stockton or Fresno. I get to the office in Stockton and they can't do anything it has to be on the phone. Waste of day in CALIFORNIA STATE.

On Thursday March 23, 2023 I visited this office to pick up a form I needed to complete disability paperwork. I was taken back by the friendliness and helpfulness of every person there that I came in contact with. They were all so willing to assist me. Not only did they give me the form I needed, they took the time to go over it all with me so that it would be filled out correctly as to not avoid a delay in processing. My whole experience went very smoothly and I was in and out of there in a very short time.

My dad hasn’t received a single penny it’s been almost 3 mos. I don’t know what to because I tried calling and wait time is so long when you do get someone they are rude as hell and hang up on you. Let me know what to do should I go to the office with my dad? Anyone pls advise

Worst experience of my life, for a year they didn't help me open a benefit claim and I don't own a computer or have access to any. Not to mention I'm computer illiterate and today they barely helped me update my caljobs resume and while I was on the phone with EDD the cut me off and kicked me out cause it was 5 pm without helping me

Nice people but they can't help anyone with ANYTHING! Don't waste your time going there. You have to go to the fresno office. Have people emoyeed here is a waste of tax payer money.
