Purchased 2 Epix 360 handheld disinfect sprayers. After 1 week one of the sprayers had to be sent back for warranty work. two weeks after that I had to send both units back for repair. the problems they were sent back for were not fully resolved. Additionally, replacement/spare parts such as expendables and extra bottles have not been available. The plastic bottle inserts don't last very long, about a week.
When the sprayer is working and not dripping down your arm, it works well. At this price, I would not expect these issues.

Despite paying $1652 to emist directly and receiving two consecutive broken machines I do not qualify for a refund for two reasons.
1) the warranty starts when I purchased the product(April 2020). I received the second broken machine in January 2021. After getting some help from the distributor, I finally heard back from a emist a customer service rep on May 31, who told me that I no longer qualify due to my request being over a year old. They count the nine months it took receive two consecutive sprayers.

2) I am no longer in their system. They passed my order off to a distributer(jon don) who does not accept responsibility for a refund because they never offer refunds. They were super helpful communicating my situation with emist but will not offer a refund because according to them, I can't provide a device with emist's model number. It has a jon don model number.

I do not know if it is intentional but its been 15 months and I don't have a working machine or a refund.

I am able to disinfect my 12,000 square ft business space in less than 45 minutes with the backpack sprayer. Only requires less 1/3 of a full tank of solution. Love this product, I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have one yet. Having one changes the game, and it also gives you a bit of a safe feeling after you use it.

I don't normally go out of my way to provide a review on a business but in this case I had to. Ordered the very expensive back pack sprayer. Long story short, after several months, it was still not in. No real complaint there as I knew that due to C-19 they were extremely backed up; which is what they communicate up front. My major issue is this. There is absolutely no customer service. I cancelled my order and was told my refund would be processed 5-10 days later. It took over a month. I called in 8 times and you can only go thru an answering service who merely takes your info and sends an email into a black hole at Emist. They tell you that someone would contact you within 24 hours. That didn't happen. For a company with such expensive equipment, you'd expect customer service. It's not bad it's worse; non existent. If you buy their products and ever need any support, you will pull your hair out trying to talk to anyone at Emist. There's no way. All their numbers on their website go to a call center where the ONLY thing they can do is pass your contact info on. Very frustrating. I'd recommend not buying with them due to their lack of customer service. You won't get any support if you have a problem.

This company is a SCAM...buyer beware! Do NOT purchase from emist! They will take your money and will not provide promised products! I placed an order of nearly $10,000 on 6/17/20 told would arrive in 8-10 weeks. No communication so I called at 10 weeks. Found out order is delayed until sometime in September! Called 8 times between the end of August and 9/30/20 and not one response though I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. Also have emailed several times...no response. I have no idea when or if they will ship. Running my business using a paint sprayer. This is THEFT! Taking money without providing any goods or services is theft in my book! The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I guess the state's attorney will have to try to get our money back since I get NO RESPONSE from anyone at emist! Buyer beware!

First of all, don’t listen to anyone who suggests Victory sprayers.. Victory sprayers use 5 times more chemical than Emist does, so you’ll save money with Emist. My Victory Sprayer sucked! It was way too heavy and the batteries overheated and melted! I got this Emist system for my mom as a replacement for Mother’s Day this year and she loved it! Only weighs 3 lbs full and it’s just light enough for her to use around the house. She hasn’t stopped thanking me or raving about it. I recommend Clean Republics brand of disinfectants if you’re gonna buy this. Its odorless , water based, and environmentally friendly. So happy with my purchase! The guy under me obviously works for Victory sprayers LOL. NO ONE in their right mind chooses a Victory sprayer over an Emist.

The product is really good. Way better than Victory innovations in my opinion. .....The only complaint I have is getting a hold of the service department. I've been promised once that I would have someone reach out to me...never happened. Then I called again and was told I would recieve a call with 24 business hours...never happened. It's been over a month with a down machine and can't get anyone to help.
The sales rep. Charles Mullins has been great throughout the whole experience... Anytime I call Charles, he's on it, with results. Working for a school district and not having a way to disinfect is not a good thing, especially during this pandemic. I'm the one that stuck my neck out and recommended this company and now I'm starting to get heat about it bc I can't get the $4,000 unit repaired. I have faith in Charles tho, he's never let me down!

This company is a complete mess. We are a partner and they fail to deliver on all promises. We still do not have our order from June (16 weeks ago). Finally got a sprayer and it broke a week using it. Company says they ship stuff and never do. Terrible customer service, way overpriced product. Use Victory, this Emist company is completely dysfunctional. DO NOT BUY.
