Service staff is nice. However. I spent thousands of dollars on shades that had a production default. Elite fixed for free three shades but as soon as 1 year passed the cost to fix other subsequent same issues was on me. Either Hunter Douglas or Elite should back the product better when there is a production issue

We recently purchased shutters from Elite Shutters & Shading and are very happy with them as well as their staff. The shutters were delayed from the manufacturer a couple of times (no fault of Elite) and Elite was constantly in touch with us providing updates. I highly recommend Elite Shutters & Shadings. From the initial call, to the times we went into their facility, to the install, they treated us like they were happy to hear from us. Every employee showed great passion, professionalism, and very knowledgeable. But as always, I went and got a couple other quotes from other companies, since I had no idea how much window coverings cost. By doing this, it really exemplified the great customer service Elite Shutters & Shading provide and their pricing was great. I went with Elite and had no hesitation that I was getting a great price and get to work with great people. Lastly, the day of the install, a employee named Jacob installed the shutters and he was awesome. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, professional and like everyone else we have dealt with the company, he was very passionate about the company. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 1st time I have used Elite Shutters. They were absolutely fantastic and will use them for any of my shutter needs in the future. They were here on time. Jacob and Eric were fantastic. Installed 2 vertical blinds for me in less than an hour. They were clean, very professional and the shutters came out perfect. Thank you Elite for a wonderful job!
