Gene was amazing to help get our daughter's first house fixed up to be not only livable but beautiful. He was on time, responsive to every question and very fair on price. He was looking out for our daughter and helping to get the house safe, secure, and beautiful as he would for his own kids. I've been around construction for 35 years and never met anyone as conscientious and with attention to detail as Gene.

This company is a rip-off. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I paid this company over $10,000 to fix my roof, and they failed to complete the job. As of today(mark 1 year), this company has not made an effort to resolve this matter. Please don't be victimized and stay clear of Elite Innovations Construction INC. Bad Business.....

'Pronto Restoration' who also operates under other names such as 'Elite Innovation Construction Inc' sent out a flying offer a "Free" $20 No Obligation Pizza / Restaurant certificate with any home estimate. 'Tyler Baldeo' came out to give an estimate for some remodeling and Restoration work on a property. When Tyler arrived for the estimate, I started to experience some disturbing conversation so I quietly started to record the conversation with my phone. Tyler started pressuring me to replace the roof that quite frankly in excellent condition, does not need replacing, is only around 6 years old and was not the reason why we called Pronto Restoration in the first place. He indicated that he had a special 'meter' that he used to find even the slightest amount of 'moisture' and tried to convince me that he could get me a new roof and my insurance would pay for it. This alleged shady and potentially fraudulent offer was very disturbing and enough for me to politely cut the estimate short. When I asked about the $20 Pizza restaurant certificate, Tyler indicated he did not have any certificates with him and indicated he would return to the office and return 'shortly' with the certificate. Needless to say, he never returned. We were advised to post our complaint on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Florida's Attorney's Generals Office, Florida Department of Insurance fraud, The BBB, etc however I thought I would start here as we were very disturbed by this individual's and company's business practices and first found the correct name of the company. I request the promised $20 restaurant voucher... as I wish to send a message to Pronto Restoration that they cannot waste peoples time with alleged false promises, advertising and business practices. I can certainly accept the $20 loss, however, I will continue my reviews of what I allege is misleading, shady, and deceptive behavior should I not receive it. The sad part for this company is I was sincerely interested in hiring someone to do some restoration/remodeling work as I own multiple properties. Most importantly, this company should be AVOIDED by anyone who is concerned about being mixed up in possible insurance fraud!

they came out and fixed my roof for half the price of everyone else .there work is outstanding and there communication is second to none .i highly recommend any one in need of remodeling to reach out to them
