Next month I will turn 67 and my computer had some serious problems. I called around to several places and I got the, "Bring it down and we will try to get to it ". One firm however heard the panic in my voice and agreed to make a house call at 7pm. I have not seen this degree of service in the past few years.
Ashley Matteson of Elemental Cyber Solutions traveled to my home and preformed the repair. He is extremely personable, and incredibly well trained and experienced. Ashley has served as an educator for the University of Arizona (Go Cats) and he was able to repair my computer and educate me as we waited for the required Windows updates. I no longer have a fear of my computer crashing because I keep Ashley's number on my desk. Quality service and personal care at very reasonable prices. Call Ashley!
