Every time I have a problem with my Eld, I call the 24 seven support line and we always answer and assist me right away without hesitation and there is a specific team member who answers my call. Most of the times his name is Tony
He always helps me when I need some assistance
I would like to think all the ELD Mandate team members and we appreciate all the efforts you guys put to help us

These guys never do what they promised. When I signed the contract they promised that cancellation would be $150 because I paid upfront $150. I was going to get off my truck because of my baby was born they said they would not charge me monthly payment until I come back. But after 3 months they started charging without letting me know, I found out after 3 payments, when I said I wanted to cancel they told me it would be $250. Since I’m not going to back the road I had to pay. Don’t trust them! They will promise where to earn your business.

After being told that this app would work with non-ELD vehicles and ELD vehicles, I purchased 2 logging devices. The app is not compliant for our company and when trying several times to explain this to their customer support, they finally told me the solution was to run 2 log books. This is a criminal offense in Canada. They have refused to refund me so far.

Would be nice if their customer support understood English better as it took me 3 calls trying to explain our situation and how it does not allow us to be compliant.

This company has nothing but rude employees. They will call you up in harass you about signing up for their services. And when you ask to speak with management they give you the run around or just hang up. Because I know they're in trouble.
Worst company ever .Do not deal with them this company operates like it's a scan company

Do not trust this company or there people they lie about everything even if you cancel there services they still charging you or start charging again after 6 months never refund you back. Always tell you they reaching out to there bass he will call you back or account manager call you back but you will never get refunds back.
Don't trucks on Fake reviews.

We did cancelled our subscription last two month still ELD mandate charge payment from my account. Last month I call tham to return the payment Thay said thay will refund when I call tham today thay said that’s payment for cancellation fee . Please don’t buying eld from tham when thay sale eld that’s time sells person tone difference when we cancelled subscription that time thay have so many issues.
