Eric was a pleasant & professional guy to work with- he is the reason I’m at least giving two stars. The only reason. We’re disappointed that they’ve changed their system. Rather than DOING THEIR JOB and filling out, printing, sizing & sending the forms and finally imputing the numbers - they want us to do a lot of it. Another company trying to get the customers to do the work then raise their fees. Up near $3000 for tax services is fairly unacceptable. To say the least. I’m just disappointed in the company as a whole and it’s generally a result of owner/management living outside their means. We’re done here.
