Best termite service and company I have ever worked with! Nick C. was the initial inspector that came over and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He had tons and tons of patience answering all my questions and concerns to help me make an informed decision. Moving on through the process, the manager, Daniel S, made things so effortless and efficient from a logistics standpoint and Anthony, the service specialist did a great job on our home. I love how fantastic the warranty coverage is with free annual inspections. Don't even bother going with anyone else and encountering harsh chemicals. These guys know best! A+ all around!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company’s staff. We were walking in our quiet neighborhood during the day (where there are no sidewalks). We were walking on the right side of the road, one of their service vehicles drove past us by inches and honked at us in a very aggressive and unnecessary manner. This kind of behavior reflects how the staff at this company treat people, it’s not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful to people in the community.

We called the company to report the incident and they said they will let the manager know and call us back but we still haven’t heard from them.

Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable working with this company that treats people this way.

We had a great experience with everyone at Ecola! They were all pleasant and professional. Oscar was the technician who did the termite extermination at our house and he was so focused and thorough! He really put our minds at ease. It's been over a month now and we haven't seen any signs of termites...thank you!!!

They arrived quickly to treat gophers. Within a couple weeks after service the gophers quadrupled. Also I was promised the same service tech and the second visit was a different tech.

I've used Ecola for over 20 years, and they have done a great job. They have come out whenever I've had an issue and taken care of it at no charge. Their annual inspections and treatments are definitely worth the cost. I haven't had any termites for several years now, and I fixed all the dry rot they noticed and no longer have that.

All staff are very friendly and my the inspections have been satisfactory. My ant problem has been solved. The rodent problem has been addressed to my satisfaction. Carlos has dealt with both of the issues and has shared his knowledge so I understand both issues.
