East coast research was great they communicated with me very quickly after I applied for a study and they put me on a study that lasted 8 weeks and it’s still ongoing. They are such a great research company. The staff is very nice and friendly and also solves any issues very quickly that you might have when you are participating in one of their studies. Not to mention they are quick to pay once you complete your study as well. 5* if I could give more I would they are AMAZING and I would continue doing studies through them as long as I am in the area.

I had never been part of a research/focus group, Up until a few years ago. My first experience was a music focus group and the people were awesome. Eastcoast Research is more than an amazing opportunity, but a pleasant experience to be had! The location is always clean with secured entry & ample parking available all day. From the start, you are greeted by friendly professionals like Stacy: their admin, who is always ready to assist with patience and a smile and Jennifer: their coordinator, who demonstrates the legitimacy of their company with quality standards and guidance. The information is always consistent with updates or changes provided in a timely fashion. They are always available for questions or concerns and the process is legitimate. They even provide referrals which has been a God-send for me personally. I have dealt with several other facilities in their industry and they fail in comparison. Even now, I find myself always checking for more opportunities to revisit and participate!

I have done a study with East Coast research and was very happy with the process. I simply applied online, was called for a follow-up, went in and got my products to sample, did my online reviews and got paid. Simple, easy, and fun!
