I use Dynamic Evidence to assist in many aspects of my litigation practice. The old adage, 'a picture is worth a thousand words' is so true for presentation at trials, arbitration or mediation. Dynamic Evidence captures on video the actual surgical procedure administered to my injured clients. The video recording helps the surgeons testify by giving a play-by-play of the video at trial, and allows the jury to see first hand the operation. I have worked with Dynamic Evidence since its beginnings. It has always been a leader in dynamically presenting all forms of evidence in the Court Room. The quality of video depositions is exceptional.
