Went to have my internet turned on at my new house and they told me someone would be out next day. Fine. Then later the same day they call to tell me it’s gonna be Tuesday before I have internet. I asked for compensation and there was none to give. Not even hooked up yet and I’m already unsatisfied.
However many years later - - ( November 2024) Still a very unsatisfied customer. This is the WORST internet company a person can get involved with ,and the worst part is... they have monopolized the area and are not letting other providers in. Duo-County Sucks if given the option--- choose the other one.

We are in the middle of a pandemic. Our work is slow because people are scared. I thought that the service providers were supposed to be trying to accommodate and help people during this time? So they turn you off if you’re a day late my charger reconnection fee when nobody’s even have to come out your house to reconnect it and then without a deposit to your account it’s ridiculous I’m looking elsewhere if I have to go satellite so be it I’m done with the duo county. If everyone would buck up on then maybe things would change

This cable service is terrible. Tech support and in home help is great it’s the company that is bad.
I have paid more each year for less service. Even this week I lost 3 channels I paid for in my package deal.
They collected money they did not earn.
Kinda want to turn them into the FFC.

Best tech EVER! Oh my gosh, he fixed my TVs remotely, I didn't have to do anything!
Josh in Elizabethtown is amazing. My guy fixed it, while being personable and friendly. He was awesome! I know now why we have Duo-County. Thank you for hiring Josh. Maybe he needs a raise?

I have to call every single day about my internet. nobody ever knows what's going on. have asked for a tech to come out several times and no tech has came. there is absolutely no communication between the main facility, customer service and the techs. this company has a monopoly on the service in the area. this is a scam. and they do not care about the customer at all. they over charge and they will not reimburse you for your issues. they act like its the customers fault that the internet does not work. this company as a whole needs to go back into training and re build their infrastructure. I think as a whole we need to contact the BBB and start filing complaints.

We pay $100 a month for junk internet. Internet is slow and is constantly going in and out. Duo County is the only internet provider in our area besides switching to satellite internet which isn't much better. We need reliable internet for school. It would be nice to have something better and faster. We can't even have multiple people using it at one time

Better pay your bill on time .. they could care less about the fact your family needs food .
One day late and your turned off .. you then are charged 35 reconnection fee ... They got you by the balls . Wish there was other options.

Pages store does not recommend this company to anyone. My phone hotspot is faster. And they are not to excited to help they would rather tell you that they are not supported in your location🙄 and for anyone that doesn’t know they own bluegrass cellular too.....
