BEWARE OF SCAM!! Participated in a study online that advertised $250 payment, halfway through they stopped assigning me tasks. When I followed up to see if I was missing something, they told me everything was good and I had done everything correctly. Once they sent payment, it was only $150 and no one will respond to my emails or messages through the app.

I really hate to give this company 2 stars because in my heart of hearts I love it. The missions are easy, informative, and a lot of fun! Not to mention the compensation, however, I have been doing missions with dscout since 2019 and the changes that have been made since then have been disappointing to say the least. One of which is the express missions. You used to get compensation same day but now it takes 8 days. 8 days is not express that is about the same amount of time as a regular mission. Also, recently I just finished with a four month mission and I was so excited to finish and get my compensation. I’m so used to the mission leader saying your payment is being processed and it taking a day or so that I never think anything of it. But this time I did not get my payment a day after which is fine so I waited until the end of the week and I still have not received it. So I emailed dscout to inquire and the person that they have replying to emails is so condescending it’s crazy. She told me it would be 10 days. I wouldn’t have a problem with that but if someone just was diligent enough to finish a four month mission it would be great to have payment readily available because of the dedication and time put into it. Today was the first day that I actually thought about deleting my account. I understand that people may email all the time inquiring about payments but that doesn’t mean you have to be condescending. I love dscout but I did not like my experience with this last mission.

I did my first $150 live Mission. its been a month and its still "in progress".
Whether its the invigilators fault or anything I feel like at this point I will not be getting anything. I've contacted support but they've given the run around.

Conclusion: If it works , it works.If it doesn't it won't.

I would like to update my review. I received my payment. However, I feel that dscout should make sure that recruiters pay what they promise since they are using dscouts platform. My 1 star remains only because they did not contact the recruiter to make them aware that they owed me. Other than that, the platform is good. I would use dscout if needed.

Received payout for my participation in recent study. Team reminds you via email and inside app to finish survey by deadlines. Not hard to qualify for most surveys.

Great app with inflation and high gas prices this is a God send. I have been on the app since 2018. This morning my car was in E no gas money but the app saved me. I was paid this morning on a mission and was able to put gas in my car

My experience was awesome. You can sign up to be a member of their team once your group is closed they have a lot of focus groups available. Wonderful company to deal with!
